Darren being a keen shooter/hunter ever since he could hold a rifle. Early 2009 Darren wanted to purchase a rifle suppressor for one of his rifles, already having a workshop with a couple of lathes milling machine and so on he thought he would give making one a go. That's where it all started. DPT Machinists has now grown to supplying NZ and the world with over 5000 suppressors a year.
